Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer credit or an exchange on returned items if you notify us within 48 hours from receipt of your purchase that you intend to return it. If we approve your request, please ship the piece back to us packed in the same way it was received to ensure that it arrives safely. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Roni Downey Designs will not accept any pieces when:

A piece is not returned in its original condition; has been worn, scratched, damaged caused by wear and tear.
